Return Policy

Incase a product delivered such as Locket, Rudraksha, Yantra or ganga jal bottle is physically damaged, It can be returned by the user, After receiving the returned product, we will ship the replacement within 2 – 3 working days.
Return request has to be placed within 24 hours of delivery.

Once we receive the returned product back, it will be inspected for reasons mentioned for return. After inspection, if the product is approved as eligible for return, a replace will be shipped, or store credit will be given based on preference of the user.
Few products such as Raksha Sutra, Potli have no return and no refund policy. Products which fall under no return policy will have the “No Return” information mentioned in the product description clearly.
Customer shall bear the cost of courier, when returing a product.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped by us, it cannot be cancelled.

lalitpaanditji.com reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without any explanation. In such situations, Customer will be informed via email or a phone call.
